Before Nava Media, our founder spent years building a career in sales, account management and digital marketing. In 2017, his road to overcoming his own mental health troubles began. He found the healing he needed, and he came out the other side seeing the world differently.
Healing gave him a second life. It also gave him a problem: the work he was already good at didn't mean anything to him anymore. The craft was the same, digital marketing and lead generation, but at every agency he kept noticing one thing: brilliant marketing being spent on industries that didn't matter to him.
In 2021, Nava Media was born, a side project that became a calling. Since then we've launched more than 300 campaigns, managed over a million dollars in ad spend, and helped generate more than $10 million in revenue for treatment centers and clinics. We ranked treatment websites through the biggest shift search has ever seen, the rise of AI answers, and built ImpactEngine AI so centers of any size could afford the infrastructure the big brands use.
As we grew, something became clear. The clients we did our best work with, and loved working with most, all shared a shape. Heart-led first. Sharp. Competitive. Running programs that were genuinely exceptional. So we made a choice about who Nava is here for.
The mission hasn't moved an inch: marketing in this space should create connection, trust, and access to care. Every campaign we run is judged by one number that matters more than ROAS: how many families found help because of it.
